Foundations Method - One of the central themes of a physical practice is repetition, and repetition should be done in a way that is most beneficial to the human body. The Foundations Method does just that by focusing on reintegrating healthier movement patterns, steering away from the misguided goal of hyper-flexibility, and leading to a balance of strength, mobility, and flexibility. The Foundations Method keeps functional movement of the human body at its core by integrating alignment principles and core strength that support longevity, both on and off the mat. The slow pace allows for a true understanding of core principles surrounding healthy movement while still maintaining the integrity of a challenging practice. All levels are welcome.
